Headquarters for a Manufacturer overseas is in need of a Controller. Because there are offices in China as well as in the United States, a Bilingual Mandarin candidate is highly preferred. Duties include directing budgets, cost control, financial analysis and forecasting. Also looking for recent tax law and knowledge of International Business. Will be maintaining an internal control system (expenses) as well as generating monthly reports. The entire Accounting Department will report to directly to the Controller. Ideal candidates will have MBA and CPA experience. Pay up to $70k depending on experience.
