Terrific opportunity for a challenging career as a Sr. Financial Cost Analyst at a well known health care company. You will project finance/cost activities including data collection, financial analysis and cost forecasting, develop and implement project financial standards and procedures, review the project work breakdown structure, ensure cost forecasts are consistent with established and documented project control basis (scope, work plan, schedule) analyze and report project cost variances, maintain and report project cost forecast in accordance with work breakdown structure, track project change orders and provide progress reports. Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or other related construction management discipline. 6-8 years in architectural design and construction experience with 5 years experience in project financial/cost analyst and certified cost engineer.
